R. Alex Narvaez is a seasoned professional in the commercial and residential real estate industry, with a specialization in re-developing residential properties. He has attended the University of Houston - DT, where he gained an education that contributes to his deep understanding of the real estate industry. With over a decade of experience, he has a deep understanding of the acquisition, sales, leasing, and management of commercial and residential properties. Additionally, he has a strong background in IT infrastructure, having worked for major companies such as Chevron and AT&T. This, combined with his experience as a local chief union steward, a paralegal, and an election judge, gives him a well-rounded and diverse skill set. Furthermore, his experience as a technology-savvy professional allows him to bring a unique perspective and understanding of the industry. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and holds a valid license in the state of Texas. He is also certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water damage mitigation, adding an important dimension to his property management skill set. In 2016, he founded Superior Property Management, which specializes in providing property management services to clients. He also founded a construction company in the same year, and in 2019 he established Velasco Realty Partners, a full-service real estate brokerage that specializes in lease and purchase agreements, and sales of properties. This breadth of experience, combined with his professional certifications and memberships, has given Narvaez the expertise to provide superior property management services, ensuring the success and growth of any property under his care. A resident of the Champion Forest neighborhood, a proud father of three young boys, Leonardo, Sebastian, and Emmanuel and a passionate sailor, he enjoys working on and taking his family out for a sail on his sailboat named Aurora docked at the Waterford Harbor Marina in Clear Lake, TX
