Meet Vanessa, a seasoned accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. She is a graduate of the University of Houston - Downtown campus, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Additionally, she was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is currently the full charge accounting director and treasurer of a company, where she oversees the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments. Prior to her current role, Vanessa gained extensive experience working in the hospitality industry as the financial director for Palacios Murphy, a boutique hospitality group. Under her leadership, the financial department successfully expanded from one restaurant to five concept restaurants and one hotel, as well as multiple real estate holdings. Her ability to manage and grow the financial department in a fast-paced and dynamic environment makes her a valuable asset to any organization.
