This sale will be sold in align with a tax sale (without using a t!t/e policy/company) which is how all surrounding lots from the sale estate were sold. The reason being is because t!t/e is requiring an affidavit from the original owner (clients grandfather) who died in 1928. We have the documents/wills/deeds showing ownership by clients father, but not the documents from grandfather which t!Tle companies want and it would be impossible. Again, we DO have the wills and tax court documents stating full and rightful ownership and you will get full title to land upon sale.
